Concept: 

Developed a virtual reality (VR) fantasy world using Unity, focusing on creating immersive terrains and environments. The aim is to make learning and exploration engaging and accessible by allowing users to immerse themselves in a fantastical environment, fostering creativity and enhancing spatial awareness through interactive exploration.

Technical:

Terrain Generation and Environment Design

Created detailed and expansive terrains using Unity's built-in terrain editor. By sculpting landscapes, painting textures, and placing environmental assets, the project brings a vivid fantasy world to life.

Key Features:
  • Terrain Sculpting: Utilized tools like Raise/Lower Terrain, Paint Height, and Smooth Height to shape mountains, valleys, and other geological features.
  • Texture Painting: Applied multiple texture layers to add variety to the terrain, including grasslands, rocky surfaces, and sandy areas.
  • Vegetation and Foliage Placement: Added trees, plants, and grass using Unity's terrain vegetation system to enhance realism.

Asset Integration and World Building

Integrated various assets from the Unity Asset Store to populate the world with fantasy elements such as castles, mystical creatures, and magical artifacts. This enriches the environment and provides interactive elements for users to explore.
